As President and CEO, Lance oversees all operation of the company, consults with customers about Internet marketing, assists with business development, and represents Red Clay in the busniess community. Additionally, Lance actively participates in company visioning and staff mentoring and development.

Under Lance's leadership, Red Clay Interactive received several prestigious awards over the past year, including; the Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics, the Inc. 500/5000 list, and the University of Georgia's Bulldog 100 – Fastest Growing Bulldog Businessess. Additionally, Lance was honored by Georgia Trend magazine with his listing in their "Forty Under Forty: Georgia's Best & Brightest" issue.
