
As President and CEO, Lance oversees all operation of the company, consults with customers about Internet marketing, assists with business development, and represents Red Clay in the business community. Additionally, Lance actively participates in company visioning and staff mentoring and development.
Under Lance's leadership, Red Clay Interactive received several prestigious awards over the past year, including; the Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics, the Inc. 500/5000 list, and the University of Georgia's Bulldog 100 – Fastest Growing Bulldog Businessess. Additionally, Lance was honored by Georgia Trend magazine with his listing in their "Forty Under Forty: Georgia's Best & Brightest" issue.
Lance began his career as a public relations and government affairs specialist in Washington, D.C. for the late Senator Paul Coverdell. His career then took him to the other side our nation's Capitol where he served as a legislative advisor and Press Secretary to U.S. Rep. Nathan Deal. After returning to Georgia, Lance served as communications director for the Georgia Forestry Association. He was a founder and the first employee of Red Clay Interactive.
Lance graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia's Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication with a degree in public relations. He is very involved in the community and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, Vision 2030 and the Edmondson-Telford Center for Children. Lance, wife Stephanie, daughter Reagan and son Griffin reside in Flowery Branch, GA.
