Duties:

Client Relations

• Maintains direct, regular, client contact. Produces and routes all client briefings and correspondence on a daily basis, both internal and external.
• Works with client to identify goals and then works in a pro-active manner to provide solutions to achieve those goals.
• Responsible for the deadlines and quality of all ongoing services and project work provided to client.

Ongoing Client Services

• Responsible for client reports detailing ongoing services, including analysis of results and client goals. Works with the Interactive Marketing Coordinator to ensure reports are created on time with the necessary information and to review results.
• Responsible for monitoring Pay Per Click, Email Marketing, and other online campaigns.
• Makes and implements recommendations to improve website and campaign performance in order to achieve client goals.
• Reviews all reports and recommendations with client on a regular basis.

Current Projects and New Business

• Provides clients with budget updates and project status.
• Briefs production staff on all project details and provides well-documented input, support data and production materials as required.
• Checks and approves designs, copy, and technical work and coordinates client approval of same.
• Actively seeks out new business opportunities with new and existing clients and plays a supportive role in their development

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every finished project matches the approved creative direction, follows the client’s brand standards, contains all of the final copywriting and imagery, and meets our Red Clay quality standards.

Specific tasks will include populating websites with final content, selecting and editing imagery, formatting content and imagery to match the creative direction, and performing quality assurance checks.
