The Housing Group

The Housing Group is a leading Atlanta area homebuilder with over 25 years of experience. They are an award winning builder that has built thousands of homes in upscale developments such as Hamilton Mill, Windermere and the Polo Fields.

Despite being a leader in high-quality, environmentally sound homes, The Housing Group found themselves lacking the ability to extend their reach online. Realizing the need to embrace new forms of digital marketing, they contacted Red Clay about online brand development.

Red Clay suggested building a site with design elements similar to the homes they build. The colors, look and feel of the site is supportive to their finished product. We also wanted the site to work as a sales tool, so we created a customized application that informed users about current and planned communities they had worked on. This became a neighborhoods page with an interactive flash web design map of the Atlanta area, with icons for Housing Group neighborhoods that link to additional information.

Another initial concern for The Housing Group was search engine optimization. They wanted to drive traffic to their new website by capturing existing users searching for home builders. Red Clay was able to build the new site on our search engine friendly platform, creating text and code that makes the site easy for sites like Google and Yahoo! to index.

The finished product helped establish The Housing Group online, while attracting more potential clients.
