Red Clay's own Nick Kastner, AKA "Greybeard", was elected to Piedmont College's Alumni Board of Directors.
Our very own Nick Kastner was recently appointed to the Piedmont College Alumni Association Board of Directors.
The Piedmont College Alumni Board of Directors promotes the cause of education, the interests and welfare of Piedmont College and participates in efforts to grow the College. Candidates for the Board of Directors are nominated by other Piedmont College Alumni and elected based on a balloted vote. His position on the board starts January 1, 2011.
"It is an absolute honor to be elected to the Piedmont Alumni Board of Directors," says Kastner. "Piedmont has had a definitive impact on my life and career. I hope that I can take what I've learned during that short time and apply it to helping the College."
