Red Clay was featured on the front page of the Local section of the Gainesville Times this morning. The article focuses on the upcoming Travel Channel project in which Red Clay built an interactive flash map and media players for web cams for
"Ghost Adventures Live" on Friday October 30.
"The idea was to help carry the 'Ghost Adventurers Live' experience beyond simply watching the show and let viewers truly participate in the action," said Prentice Stamps, senior manager of IT and interactive for the Travel Channel. "Red Clay understood our needs and helped us provide the best finished product for our viewers."
This is Red Clay's second straight year working with the Travel Channel, having been a part of last year's "Most Haunted Live" from Gettysburg. Scott Atkinson, vice president of Red Clay, was excited to continue the partnership.
"We think this is a prime example of how the internet and television can work together to create a powerful event," Atkinson said. "We were happy to work with the Travel Channel in order to help make this a success."
