For Turner Wood & Smith's
website redesign, Red Clay's challenge was to help an insurance agency that has been insuring north Georgia since 1905 stand out in a competitive field. Through our in-depth creative process, complete with detailed competitor analysis, we defined a design direction that was bold, engaging, yet still spoke to a professional audience. Most importantly, we wanted to create a site that was easy for users to find what they were looking for and to contact an agent when they were ready to move forward.
The key to the site was using the large flash area to act as a true table of contents for the entire site. Now it is clear to users the services TWS offers, and they can immediately jump off to the section they are most interested in reading about.
Another key component was putting a face on a service that has become faceless. The TWS staff is featured prominently on the site, reassuring potential customers that TWS views each client as a relationship, not a number.
All these tools enable TWS, a company that has been in business for over 100 years, serve today's marketplace.
