For many in our community, their lives are held captive by the disabling effects of mental illness, developmental disabilities, and addictive diseases. However, a simple helping hand could enable them to reestablish direction in life, achieve success in spite of difficulties, or allow them to rebuild positive relationships.

website redesign by Red Clay Interactive, these life changing services are now easily accessible for those in need.
Avita Community Partners seeks to promote safe, stable, and meaningful lives for citizens within the 13-county area of Northeast Georgia. The variety of services and programs they offer help individual, families, and communities minimize barriers of disabilities and achieve their dreams.
The goal of Avita is for the individuals they serve to have a home, job, and meaningful interaction in the community.
