One of our most visually stunning projects (if we say so ourselves) recently completed was the new site for Harbour Point Yacht Club on Lake Lanier. Harbour Point is a luxury lake community that offers resort style living year round that had a site that didn't reflect that image.
This resort community is also home to the "2001 Street of Dreams" home tour for Atlanta. The event runs through November 4, 2001, and you can get the details off the new site.
Harbour Point's main objective was to feature the incredible views, homes, and amenities that have gained this community national recognition. We decided to use large panoramic images that randomly rotate on the front page to introduce potential buyers to Harbour Point. Once there, we developed a complete inventory management feature that allows their staff to update home and homesite listings with photos.
Other features on the site include profiles on the custom builders, details on amenities, the history of the development, maps and directions, and "Street of Dreams" information. We're currently developing interactive picture tours that will be available soon.
