Park National Bank came to Red Clay Interactive with a host of problems that we hear from many companies.
They needed an updated content management system (CMS) that would allow their marketing staff to manage 11 banks worth of content. They wanted to showcase their wide array of banking products and offerings, including many products that customers didn’t even know they offered. They wanted to gain a bigger digital footprint, which was crucial to attract and service a younger generation and customers with changing user habits. All of this had to happen, and it had to maintain Park National Bank’s own brand of customer service and personal connections.
Well, we do love a good challenge!
Red Clay Interactive worked with Park National Bank to design and build a comprehensive CMS that would allow for some content to be maintained in one location and updated instantly across all 11 banks, or alternatively allow each bank to control content selectively for a more personal and local touch. We are proud to have worked with Park National Bank and congratulate them on a big step forward as they launch the first two banks.
